BODY ART CONE
₹240.00
30g x 12
1. Preparation
Clean the Hands: Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water to remove oils, lotions, or dirt that can block the dye.
Do not apply lotion or oil before application. Prepare the Cone: If using a frozen cone, defrost it 30-60 minutes before use.
Cut a tiny bit off the tip—the smaller the hole, the finer the lines. Practice: Test the flow on a paper towel or glass sheet to get a feel for the pressure.
2. Application Technique Hold the Cone: Grip the cone like a pencil or a piping bag, using your middle finger and thumb to control the pressure near the top, and your pointer finger to guide the tip. Pressure and Flow: Gently squeeze the cone to maintain a steady flow. Apply more pressure for thicker lines and less for thinner ones. Positioning: Keep the tip slightly above the skin to avoid a “scratchy” or smudged look.
3. Application Order: Start from the farthest point (e.g., the wrist) and move toward the fingertips to avoid smudging the design.
Fix Mistakes: Immediately remove any mistakes
with a cotton swab or toothpick before the henna dries.
4. Drying and Sealing
Drying Time: Let the henna dry for 15–20 minutes, or until it is dry to the touch.
5. Seal the Design: To ensure a deeper, darker stain, apply a mixture of lemon juice and sugar on top of the dry design
using a cotton ball.
Wrap It: For best results, cover the design with medical tape, gauze, or paper to keep it warm and secure it overnight.
6. Aftercare and Removal
Keep it On: Leave the paste on for at least 4-8 hours, but preferably overnight (8–12 hours).
Removal: Gently scrape or flake off the dry paste with your fingernails or a butter knife. Avoid washing with water for the first 24 hours.
Oil Application: Rub olive oil, coconut oil, or special aftercare balm on the design to enhance the colour.
Colour Development: The stain will be bright orange at first, but it will deepen into a rich red-brown colour over the next 24–48 hours.
